See how you like it when you've checked it out, Joha. I looked at it one day in teh Library & it wasn't my cup of tea (& I don't recall the specifics, but do know that I don't like recipes that run into every single detail, on for pages. I'm not saying that is what struck me as wrong with this book, but something did). Give us feedback on how you lke it. I would expect recipes for challah, rye bread, bagels, pretzels, mandelbrot (like biscotti), some Passover recipes, & so forth. If these aren't covered, it isn't a comprehensive book.
