Mix up the flavored coffee creamers for your regular brewed coffee.
Mix them and store in an airtight container.

Any of these creamer recipes may be made into an instant flavored coffee mix by adding a 1/2 cup (more or less) instant coffee to the mix

Fireside Coffee Creamer

2 C hot cocoa mix
2 C dry non-dairy creamer
1/2 C powdered sugar
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Amaretto Coffee Creamer

3/4 C powdered non-dairy creamer
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 C confectioners' sugar
Toffee Coffee
1 C powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 C brown sugar

Mocha Coffee Creamer

1/2 C sugar
1 C nonfat dry milk
2 Tb cocoa

Creamy Mocha Creamer

1 C dry non-dairy creamer
1 C chocolate mix for milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Cinnamon Coffee Creamer

2/3 C sugar
2/3 C nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Orange Coffee Creamer
3/4 C sugar
1 C nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp dried orange peel

Cappuccino Coffee Creamer

1 C hot cocoa mix
3/4 C dry non-dairy creamer
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in blender and process until well combined. Place in jar, seal and label.

To use: Add 1-2 Tbsp. to fresh cup of coffee, stir well.

My roommate got me a wonderful *just cause* gift for me yesterday--Gingerbread coffeemate creamer to go in my gingerbread flavored coffee! YUM!

I had some this morning for breakfast.

 this is one of our favorite to make up as gifts .. my DD did up a bunch of this for the lady at the homeschool co- op  I thougth it was a great gift she included a bunch of coffee mugs .and a small tin of cookies .

I tried making a flavored mocha coffee mix this way by modifying a couple of a recipes from the Tightwad Gazette, but I think I got too much coffee in the mix, because it came out very bitter. (Of course, that could be because I was using the el-cheapo brand of instant coffee.) Next time I'll use slightly more sugar than coffee.

I like to use mixes like this to make blended coffee drinks in the summertime--three tablespoons of coffee mix, a cup of water (or milk if you like it extra rich), and a few ice cubes whipped up in the blender. A much more frugal way to indulge my Frappucino cravings.
