    WhosWho:
I also like the Economic Populist Forum, but it tends to be a lot of extensive reading and heavy thinking:  http://www.unlawflcombatnt.proboards84.com/

This one addresses many of the concerns that have popped up here. I'd like to see more information about it and encourage others to take a look at it.

I like One Paycheck at a Time, www.OnePaycheckataTime.com.  The site offers a free ebook and budgeting program to people who join.  There are money saving articles and ideas to get out of debt on the website.  The budgeting tool is a good way to track expenses and know where your money is going.

Here's another fun site with free articles about saving money and frugality:

    Pat:

Lots of good sites listed here, thanks. Keep them coming!

Does anyone know of any smaller sites, too, that are not well known, but have good content?

I like "Tammy's Recipes," which I found through the Hillbilly Housewife website:

    http://www.tammysrecipes.com/node

I've tried a few of her recipes, and they were great.  She also has a "Kitchen Tips Tuesdays" that readers can share tips; I've picked up a couple of really good tips from there.

My favorite blog is cheapdiva.net.  Unlike other style related "budget" sites there are no "bargain" handbags for $200.00.  Most of the fashion featured is under $100.00, most of the beauty products featured are things you find at Walmart and the home decor stuff featured is also budget friendly.  There are also articles on cheap entertaining and money saving stratagies.

http://www.mysavings.com/free-samples-stuff-products.asp?lcid=1&lsid=1&uc=US....... this link takes you to the freebies page..........i get all kinds of free stuff from here, i dont know about the rest of the site, but all i use on it is the freebies (oh and the link is for the newest ones---i have gone and searched everywhere, sometimes i get them, sometimes not--also lists walmart samples too)

http://foodstamp.nal.usda.gov/nal_display/index.php?tax_level=1&info_center=15       i use this one frequently for easy meals....havent made anything out of it the kids and frank havent liked

http://www.inboxdollars.com/  this one is for inbox dollars, where you do paid emails, if you shop online, you can get some of your purchases discounted and or partly rebated back, when you have 30? they mail you a check (minus 3 for a processing fee) takes a while to get up to the set amount...mines at 41.83 (im saving it until it reaches 150 or more....long time iknow, but when i get it up to that, that will be 3 full student loan payments at once)...yeah thats my referal link, because it was easiest, if you have other people sign up under you you get 5 also, and you can do surveys too..i dont recomend most of the offers because most fo them sound good, they really are not frugal because you ahve to pay for some of them

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Artichoke-Spinach-Dip/Detail.aspx?strb=3    (this isnt the home page, but where its saved in my favorites) neat site, loads of recipies

http://www.foodnetwork.com/                    tons of cool recepies also

i have checked out the hillbilly house wife site, kinda cool, but not one i use frequently and as i come across some more that i like ill post those too

    latte

[edit notes: I'm sorry, but I had to strip out your affiliate link in inboxdollars, as it's against Forum Guidelines. You can offer to send people the link through their private inbox, but no other solicitations are allowed. Thanks! --Pat]

I apologize if this is repeated (I tend to skip threads if they get too lengthy) but I enjoy the site http://www.debtproofliving.com/  I don't pay (too cheap) but she sends out (semi) daily tips to your e-mail.
