Soups. Warm rich broth, chunks of real chicken,veggies or extra creamy like cream of tomato, cream of pumpkin, etc. Served with nice crackers, ritz or wheat thin types, with cheese. When it's hot out then ice cream, cookies and milk; hot homemade cookies- varieties prefered-yes. Fudgecicles, Creamcicles.
Pie ala mode! Hot cocoa made with evaporated milk, real cocoa and sugar. Hot homemade bread, jam or hot cinnamon rolls with gooey frosting.....
