I've used conditioner since I learned about in on another forum. A bottle of conditioner for my hair will last a couple months, so why not put it to good use in the meantime?

    Works great, too.

If you like Suave, I'd just buy the real thing at Wal-Mart - it's just a tiny bit over a dollar there in cost and alot of times the drugstores have it on sale for 88 or 99 cents.

I've heard that too, but I don't see how it can cause infections. Irritation, I can see, though... but what do I know.

Some shampoos are probably safer than others, but many of them have chemicals for the purpose of acting on hair shafts, so they may not be all that good for your skin. A natural shampoo or baby shampoo would probably be safer.

I read somewhere that someone did their laundry with shampoo. (It might have been here, but I'm not going to quit this post to go look it up. :) )

If you are worried about infections from shampoo-as-bubble-bath, you can use as a body wash.  I also use it to wash delicate stuff and my makeup brushes.

Just a little squirt- I have 6 girls, it hasn't been a problem.

I think it was my gynecologist that told me that. I have always been prone to yeast infections (actually allergic to candida) and never really wanted to risk it. I do, however, use bubble bath but not excessively.

Oh, I'm not arguing... I just don't understand how it would cause an infection. Infections are caused by bacteria or germs, aren't they? Confused

My understanding of it is that it causes irritations which can leave one more at risk for actual infections.
