On our end of the earth (South Africa) we're into spring already, with winter just past.
However, I am gladly accepting any citrus fruit anyone is willing to part with and bottling marmalade. Several friends have lemon, orange and even grapefruit trees that are just laden.
Not only will this keep us eating delicious, glossy orangeness for months to come, but it makes a lovely gift too.
I am looking forward to applying all your winter storage advice in about 6 months time!
