Whenever I eat out, I divide it into two. Eat one half, take the other home to either freeze or eat the next day. I like to cook mostly as I normally did when I had a family and then freeze into individual containers. I utilize a slow cooker often (& when I come home from work, it smells like someone has been cooking for me all day......heaven!) I had learned there are SOME dishes that just dont freeze well......trial & error.....so I stear away from those. Hope this helps. Linda
