Virginia N--I really couldn't say a good flavor of Gatorade/Powerade etc. They all taste nasty,nasty,nasty to me! I would just pour me a glassful about 30 minutes before hand, hold my nose and swallow as fast as I could. LOL!

LOL !!! There are so many things that I consider to be nasty tasting. Mom used to adore split pea soup. To me that soup is a real dose.
