Jacksonville Florida Single Male new to the group

    Jacksonville Florida Single Male new to the group

    Hi!

     

    Single, trying to learn to be frugal.

    So very hard, everything is geared to the 4.something unit family.

     

    I DO buy the local coupon book here every year, it is $20, and if you buy next year now, it is only $10 extra bucks, and they actually have coupons on things i already use, and I save anywhere between $70 and $110 each year, after factoring in the cost of the book.

    Hi- this is my first time posting as well- When I saw the topic, I had to jump in.

    I am single also,and I feel like so many tips are geared toward being married w/ kids...

    Now that I see postings from others like me, I will check these boards out more often.

    Welcome Patrick and Chocochic! There are several of us single, frugal people on this forum. Check out the "Open Mike" forum for the thread "Are there any single,frugal folks here".

    I think most everyone benefits from the frugal advice shared, even if we are single or married w/children.
