A person is not excused if they have not recieved a bill. However, it is difficult in these cases where you don't know you had one. I believe medical bills can remain on your credit history and the company can attempt to recieve payment on it for ten years.

So the clock is ticking against them and here I am willing to pay...I really don't understand why they aren't making an effort to send me what I need.

Today was bill writing day. The loan on the truck is PAID! I felt so excited sending that last payment.

All that's left is the hospital and phone bill to deal with. I estimate those to be $1,400 combined.

Congratulations Brandy!  That's so exciting!  Will it make a big difference in your budget to not have the payment any longer?

we will be credit card debt free

Congratulations to you as well!  That's inspirational-I have a long way to go myself!  How long have you been working on paying it off (if you don't mind my asking)?  I get motivation from the success stories of others.

It will likely be eaten up by the rise in cost of fuel but this means that we won't be paying that in addition to a note.

We also need to save for another vehicle, this one needs replacing already.
