    Dear Martha, It's the kind of dish tht would be great for Pesach/Passover, when we Jews don't eat leavened products like pasta.  Love in Him, Deb

     I'm in the oh, please no matzah camp. Like my rebbetzin (rabbi's wife) I don't care for it, so it IS a mark of Pesach/Passover for me.

    Dear Truepeeacenik, I enjoy maatzo crackers (Ta'am [tasty] brand) year-round except Pesach/Passover (they are NOT Kosehr for Passover.).  They aer covered with "everything." 

    But I don't eat regular matzo outside of the Festival days (& whatever I have left over).  Love iiin Hiiim, Deb
