    Tracey,

    The outstanding balance is a month and a half of use. We paid off the previous month's high charge. Part of my husband's dispute was the fact that he attempted to change his plan to cover the higher calls and they told that it could not be done until the next billing cycle which comes out to about a month and a half later.

    That's really ridiculous and we were stuck. Maybe someone did check into it and saw that he did indeed try to get the plan increased. I am doubting that though.

    did you ever get an accurate paper bill, for the phone or medical?
