I found a place where I can get raw milk, and yes, it's cream top. They do skim some cream, but there's enough left to give it flavor and to skim off for a little butter.

Up until lately I've used organic milk, but raw milk is even better. I grew up drinking it and we had a milk cow when my kids were little. When a cow eats grass, her milk contains omega 3 acid, which our diets are sorely lacking. Grain fed milk cows, which all commercial cows are, don't have that.
I have read that homogenized milk isn't good for anyone because the homogenization process breaks fat globules into such tiny particles that they pass through the intestine walls undigested.
