    Is this the Make-A-Mix Cookery book by Eliason?

    http://www.addall.com/SuperRare/RefineRare.fcgi?start=0&id=080514131057188461&dispCurr=USD&inTitle=Make+A+Mix+Cookery&inAuthor=&inDesc=&exTitle=&exAuthor=&exDesc=&match=Y&&exaTitle=&exaAuthor=&order=PRICE&ordering=ASC

    I have made some of these mixes, and think they are good.  Sometimes when it calls for water or milk, the milk will make it taste better.  (Like real cream will make mac and cheese taste better, lol)

    I noticed someone posted a thread called recipes and it was a mix.

     Yes that is the book it is wonderful if you make your own mixes.  So helpful when when attempting to learn to make your own recipes also.  : )  We like to use whole cream or half and half when making sauces, but will use other combinations in a pinch.
