    I've been noticing the Inflation fighter  before a thread... I've tried to do that before with other emoticons but wondering if it is just available to IE users?

     The Dollar icon is to signify threads that are inflation fighters.

    You can mark threads with icons by clicking on the options tab above the text box when posting.
