thanks for posting the Angel food menu.  I missed the March one because I knew we would be gone on pick up day and it looked so good.  I am looking forward to April.

It doesn't look like I will be getting Angel Food very often. It's no longer convenient for me to pick up so I am trying to figure out some way to still buy packages.

Brandy, I hope you find a way to continue to get A/F - every little bit still counts, doesn't it?  And now that you have actual storage space...Big Smile

I've been buying two packages each month, even if it's not full of our favorites - dh is good about trying new things if it's come in the package, go figure, but I'm grateful!  It really helps the food budget and keeps us out of the stores.

I see a couple Mexican nights, with the fajitas (haven't had the beef yet, only the chicken, which was good) one night and bean tacos or burritos another.  The oranges sliced and left plain or put into a salad (fresh spinach and onion, mmm!) would be a good go-with.

The fresh carrots and potatoes could extend the soup mix out a little.  If you don't use the pancake mix for b'fast, add some corn to it and make corn cakes to serve with the soup.

Pasta with sauce and meatballs, of course, with some steamed broc on the side; or a fettucine sauce with the broc over the pasta for a change of pace.  The meatballs and sauce would also make a good hero sandwich - don't forget some white cheese or parmesan on it.  Any leftover sauce and meatballs after that could be served over the frozen lasagne entree to jazz it up a bit.

The ribs I don't have much luck with - anyone have suggestions?  The breaded chicken I bake and send in lunches; if there's any left, it goes over salad...Liz

Brandi do you live anywhere near Columbus?  That is where I pick up mine.  I thought we could work together if you live close by.

I have moved to Louisiana, I am now in St. Tammany parish.

Mom and I were picking up Angel Food and running errands.  There is a distribution center that recently opened in the town I moved from so I may be able to get her to do pick ups for me...maybe.
