My hubby and I always raise a huge garden and order our garden seed in bulk, like 5 lbs of bean seed, we then plant what we need for the year and those plus all other leftover garden seed get placed in a paper grocery bag and tossed in the deep freeze. Then next year when garden time comes around againwe get the garden ready to plant the make a raid on the freezerfor the seed, then a mad dash to get them planted while they are still frozen and the ground is fresh and warm, and they pop up from the ground in record time with always great results. Cold seed, nice warm soil on the river in eastern kentucky creates a little moisture and they sprout and grow just fine. Good Luck
