A signal analysis tool. My husband uses his to check signal level when he is installing new service and making repairs as a low signal will cause bad or no reception on the television. And that's as much as I know about it, lol.
Even though he once had many of the tools needed for this kind of work, some necessary things were missing when he began this job in October. The meter being a mandatory tool had to be financed as it cost more money than we could part with to pay cash.
