There are better, less expensive ways to incorporate Vit. D, calcium, etc. in your diet besides drinking numerous cups of milk.
Humans are the only mammals that continue to drink milk beyond infancy, and it's milk from antoher species, not even HUMAN milk.
The milk lobby in America is alive and well!
Vitamin D is also manufactured
in the skin right after direct exposure to sunlight. Sunlight exposure to the
hands, face and arms for as little as 5-15 minutes, 2-3 times per week is helpful
to produce vitamin D.
