It's that time of year where the air is crisp, leaves are falling and families prepare for Halloween.

Have you put together a frugal costume for your child?

We bought our little one a costume on clearance last year. So this year she will be dressed frugally.

 My son is 12 and not interested in dressing up this year.

I, on the other hand, have committed to dressing as a tornado at work. (Wizard of Oz theme.)

So far all I have to work with is a tomato cage. I'm thinking I might be able to wrap it in black/grey/white tulle... but would appreciate any ideas others may have!

 Im going as a guy both me and cin thought of the blues brothers or MIb (men in black) or lural and hardy if not that abot and casotelo or if not that then she goes as super fly and I go as a pimp yup a pump I going to line up all thepuppies to get petted why we raise funds for the paws.

I got a "teeny bopper" costume for DD at consignment for around $4.00. The accessories we already have.

I also got my daughters costume from a thrift shop.  She is going to be Marie from the Aristocats.  However, my hubby and I supposed to dress up for a Halloween party and we have no idea what we're going to do.  Does anyone have any really inexpesive ideas for adult costumes?
