It seems we would be hit as we own a house and deduct our interest on Schedule A.  I will have to plan accordingly.

Martha, Capri is a happy, healthy baby!  I just worry, you know how we mothers are- plus she is under the 1% now for weight, when she started at the 25%.  At work 4 month old babies are bigger than she is!

Taxes are an important factor in my life right now so I am watching info closely.  

Tracy, I always joke that I don't know what is like having a little baby since mine were so big. My son was 8lbs but the same size/length. Both were 12lb/24"  within a couple of weeks.  My dh cousin's baby looked like the michelin man at 4mths, he was 22lbs but at preschool age such a stringbean.  Here because the asian population, they came out with a revised chart for weight/growth gain because they were comparing them to standard white baby charts so they looked like they not growing as much but they were perfectly normal for asians.  The average asian baby is 6lb at birth compared to 8lb etc.

I'm glad everything is ok with her!  She probably will be a 6ft teenager eating you out of house and home and you look back and laugh.

NO MORE PULL UPS!!

Our youngest has potty trained but we were still using Pull Ups at night and when out in case of accidents. We have moved beyond the accidental coverage and can save about $14 a month.

YEA! What an accomplishment! Good for her and you! My oldest son is potty trained but still wears a pull up at night so we still have that expense. But since we just use one per night (and he does stay dry some nights) a box of 56 ct pull ups lasts a long time. It's my 16 month ds that keeps us in the diapers and wipes now.

Mortgage interest credit? That might mean anyone deducting mortgage interest might be delayed????? Or just those with incomes higher than 75,000 as stated earlier in the article?

I think, Michelle Cinnamon Huskies, that the right forms won't be published or approved until after the AMT is either suspended for folks earnign $75-$150K or is NOT suspended.  I think therefore that everyone who needs to file those forms will have to wait until the right forms are published (if AMT is suspended) or verified (if AMT is NOT suspended).  Due to all of this, refunds may be late for anyone.  I'm so sorry to be Cassandra!  (the bringer of bad tidings in Homer)  Yours in Him, Deb
