This site (forum) has helped me save over 500.00 since October. They have deal boards for a ton of stores and the members will post when there is a good deal and usually what coupons to use with it to make it even cheaper. (i.e. I was able to get Starkist tuna for .14 a can b/c of this site a couple months back). There is also coupon trading, links to printable coupons, free samples, etc. Its a really great site and the ppl are great about saving money!

Yes, of course it's allowed; that's why we have a "Site and Book Reviews" section. Our purpose is to help each other save money and we can do that in many different ways. 

 My favourite is www.hillbillyhousewife.com and I do also like www.livingonadime.com.

The "Housewife" explains basic american recipes, for example "Hoe cakes" very nicely, even the historic background!

All her recipes are tried and true recipes for real families, so such "shiitake mushroom" things
