    Grilled Lemon Chicken

I went in search of something new to try for grilled chicken and found this.

    Easy grilled lemon chicken

I cooked the chicken on my George Foreman grill. I waited until the chicken was partially done then liberally brushed the sauce on. I repeated before it was done cooking.

Thanks Brandy! It looks great, very simple and easy. What did you serve yours with?

What did you serve yours with?

Salad, roast red potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and sauteed okra.

The okra was leftovers that needed to be eaten or tossed but they made a great addition here. This dinner was a hit with my parents who have gotten into the rut of eating the same meals over and over or just grabbing a sandwhich.

I was eating down on the foods we had, preparing to move. To help save for the cost of it, I went very frugal on what I did purchase. Produce was the first to run out and I bought little of it after.

It's good to have more to work with again.
