We ordered one package; we ordered three of the December package, so I expect us to be eating off that for awhile. The January menu doesn't have as many meats that we like as the December package did, so one will be plenty.
I'm hoping the ribs are meaty enough to go with sauerkraut - if not, they'll go for soup. The pizza will disappear, as will the fresh apples, onion rings, green beans, deli turkey, fries and mac and cheese. We use plenty of ketchup, too, either straight up or to made into bbq sauce. The pasta and sauce will be a good meal; I'll probably still have some meatballs left from December's package, so that makes a filling meal.
If the bacon-wrapped filets are the same kind as before, they're pretty small, so I'll fix them all at once. What dh doesn't eat as a meal will go in his lunch. I'm not a big meat- or steak-eater, so he's welcome to them. I like chicken quarters, but no one else does. I'll fix them all at once, either oven-fried or bbq style and freeze for a quick lunch for myself. The hamburger steaks will make a meal plus a lunch for dh - probably grill them with onions and mushrooms and put them on buns - the mac and cheese would go good with that, if dd doesn't find it first...
The pork roast I'll have to have a look at before deciding how best to cook it. I haven't had much luck with their roasts as they're mostly odd pieces rolled and formed together. But if it's decent, the apples would be good fixed with it, possibly baked alongside or fried separately...Liz
