    Symbols that mean that a product is Kosher

    1.  The brand Empire on poultry is Kosher.

    2.  Here are the major Kosher symbols:

    U in a circle

    K or cRc in a traiangle

    K in a star

    K inside the Hebrew letter that sounds like K -- this letter looks like a U turned 270 degrees, but the most rightward & highest portion of teh U has a right-hand hook.

    There are many other symbols that show that a local Rabbi has supervised the food; however, since you probably don't know the local Rabbis, you should probably stick to the above.
