The meatless sandwich thread got me thinking - what's your favorite omelet?

Mine is bacon and dill hamburger pickle. Yummmmm! Also great with sliced fresh tomato and swiss cheese when I have them.
 

 Chili and cheese omlettes.

 I love cheese and mushroom omelets, with green pepper if I have it on hand.

My favorite is with crisp bacon or ham, onions (green or reg) and cheese. Gouda or edam.

 Fresh eggs, a bit of fresh cream, sliced mushrooms, homemade sausage, sliced onion, sliced sweet peppers, and after it is plated drizzled with truffle butter. Always served with warm garden ripe tomatoes sliced about 1" thick and salted.

 I made my DH a pizza omelet. Fresh tomatoes, peppers and onions, plus pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. He thought it was great, but I'm not so sure.
