I have been told to bring a recipe or two plus scissors used to cut paper. The owner will have stuff for me to either use or to buy.

If you go to KFC.com, you will be able to click on the Colonel's Famous Recipes. There are 10 recipes of his that were in a booklet back in the late 1960's and early 1970's. There is a recipe for a huckleberry cake that is very good. There are recipes for pancakes, biscuits, waffles, pies, and spoon bread plus other recipes.

I printed them up to include them in my cookbook.

I will have to check those out.
