I need to stop lurking and start posting......Today I'm stretching by bringing my breakfast (yogury & a pear), coffee and lunch (salad & frozen meal) to work with me today.  This week is a crazy week for me.  I work my regular job 8-4:30 then go home & eat dinner (which will be lasagne & garlic bread) and then head down to work at TBN from 6-midnight.  TBN is just a temporary job this week.  But 14 hours days are very hard!!!  My dh hasn't worked in over a year so he made my breakfast, lunch & coffee and will make dinner tonight too.  He'll eat at home today and my ds will eat lunch at school!!!

Happy Birthday VNW!!!  Today is my grandmother's birthday too.

Sunshine, hope you get the job!  Sounds great!

This house is a mess.  A disaster!  I've been working a lot this week and whenever I do that, other things drop, first and foremost the house.  I am just not good at keeping on top of everything.

That being said, I'm working again today.  Trying to get as much done before my in-laws arrive next week.  I am also picking up more consignment items from a client today.  I'm grateful that it never ends and gives me lots of work but sometimes I'm overwhelmed that it never ends and give me so much work!!  Especially when I have other things going on with DS school and the visit from my in-laws.

Don't plan to spend today.  I do need to bake something this afternoon as a gift for my grandmother.  It's her birthday today and we are having a family get-together to celebrate hers and 2 others (my DH & my uncle).  Don't have to cook dinner tonight, so that's nice!

I'm at the library. My computer is still sick.

I ate supper at Red Robin. They gave me a FREE burger & sundae !!! My bill was $2.66 for tax & my Coke. I had a good waitress.

With some luck, I'll have a computer on Monday.

On Nov 1st our bank changed debit card servers and wow was it a hassle!  Our debit card wouldn't work but I thought it would just get straightened out naturally.  I was wrong!  DH and I had to go in to the bank today and do a bunch of re-setting of codes etc.  I was not a happy camper.  And the next dor neighbor's dog came visiting this morning.  I wouldn''t mind that so much because he is really kind of sweet but he is a pit bull.  I have nothing against the breed but he is so strong!  And he pulled all of my clean clothes off the line so while I'm trying to pick them up, he knocked me down!  I al afraid he will accidentally hurt the poodles so I had to make all of them come in.  And he is so rambunctious that the back yard dog is scared of him.  He wan'ts to be over here to play with the dogs because he is an only dog.  And he just cries from loneliness in his yard so that it breaks my heart--but he just can't keep coming in my yard!

My aunt called and said my Daddy is complaining of a stomach aches to my uncle.  He doesn't tell us anything about it and when I tried to ask him about it he said it was just something he ate.  I'm trying to reach my brother to get him to make a dr's appt next week for Daddy.

I think we'll have chili/cheese burritos for supper.
