    Honey-Lime Chicken

I cut this out of a magazine to try.  It sounds like a good and easy way to use up those A/F limes...

Make a marinade of 1/2 c. honey, juice of 3 limes and 1/4 c. soy sauce.  Pour over 4 boneless chicken breasts and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.   Pour all into greased baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or so, 'til chicken is cooked through.

It'd be good with rice (you could squeeze some of the lime juice or zest over the rice) and a salad, maybe some of the A/F tangerines cut up into the salad.  Liz.
