I went to the a thrift store and past over it thank god on that weakness but payday for employees and rent makes me shudder on rent day,  :(

I am kinda in!    need gas and some groceries. 

Oh Yes!!! I am definitely in and I just love this!!!  It helps (emotionally) to know that there are others out there who are trying to save money.  However I think that I will need groceries this week.  I hate going to the grocery store.  I take a list but I have a hard time sticking to it but knowing that I will posting here and I want to post that I only got what was on my list will be good accountability.

Paid Off $53,100 in debt since January 2008!!! GOD IS SO GOOD!!!

Although I didn't post last week we did really well only spending on Friday when DD was invited last minute to a birthday party and I spent $13 on the gift and gift bag.

We are out this week though b/c of my birthday.  I know we will be going out to dinner and I don't know if DH has anything else planned.  On my end though I don't forsee any money out the first 3 days (M, T, W), so that's at least a good start!

Yep, I'm in.  Grocery shopping today, hopefully won't need to buy anything else this week except for gas but I might do that today too.  On Wednesday, my normal errand day, I'll see what is needed . . . hopefully nothing!

I always forget where this thread is!  Bought groceries today.  I also had to run my car through the car wash.  It was filthy, and I'm not up to hand washing today.  I'm going to try to not have to get gas this week.  On a half tank, and if I plan my trips right, I will do ok.  There are a few things I have to pay for (dental apt, doc apt, a few misc things), but I will plan not to spend on more than necessary.  2 weeks till payday and I really want to stretch it! 

 Suellen, YOU Rock!!!!!!  Now come on, we NEED details!!!!!   You know.....like you won the lottery, inherited some money, your boss gave you a $20,000 raise cause he realized that he's been underpaying you, and on and on.........................OR you acually saved all that money by eating nothing but scrambled eggs and toast, and burned all of your furniture in the fireplace for heat??????   We're dying to know.......it sounds sssssooooooooo good.

By the way, however you did it, it's fabulous and you deserve it.  God IS Good.  And you should pat yourself on the back, at least twice.

Spent quite a bit today on groceries.  Hadn't done a full grocery run for several weeks so did some major restocking.  As great as it is to save money by eating from the pantry, I am SO HAPPY to have fresh food back in the house.  Got fruit, veggies, salad stuff, cheeses and made a full meal plan for the week.  Had a great dinner tonight and feel so content to know that we have lots of food for a week+

I also filled up with gas and got some household supplies.  I actually think I truly might be able to get through this whole week without spending any money!!

We do have a relative coming to stay with use next weekend so depending on what we decide to do, I might need to pick up some extra things for that.  That is the only thing I can think of that I might need to spend for!

Got to the grocery store today and picked up some things, more than I wanted and not as frugal, but I am in for next week and not spending the whole week.   Will post my total in shopping thread tomorrow.

Most of my bills are made out for next month and ready to go and I should be good for rest of the month.  I have a bill I am trying to save to pay off next month.

Actually took some clothes back to store, so feeling pretty good about that too.
