     The lid of the glass box had a flat square center; that is all that was etched, to make a frosted background for the painting. I was going to use oils to paint the design. I preferred working with oils - never liked painting with acrylics. Edey

    Cool, I need to get back into painting with my etchings.  It looks so cool when you add a little color.
