This evening for dinner, I reheated the leftover chicken & vegetables, the leftover orange blossom rice with sauteed salmon, & home bottled green beans.DH had chicken with rice, I had salmon with rice, and the rest of the chicken, the broth, and the green beans are in the fridge as soup base for tomorrow's dinner.

 Last night's dinner was fish and chips and green beans.

 Dinner last night was baked pork chop, asperagus, baked potato, and salad.

My daughter found a special on pork chops, buy one pkg, and get 2 free!

the guys had corn dogs...dd wonton soup and me a stouffers frozen entree!   tonight we are going to a free kids event that has food. don't know what it is .

Last night, I fixed chicken-fried steak (stocked up on cubed steak when it was $1.98/#), rice, gravy, broccoli and biscuits. Sort of messy to fix, but one of my very favorite dinners.

Tonight I work til 6 and my grandson is coming to spend the weekend, so I'll probably stop and pick up pizza on the way home.  Haven't done that in awhile and I have a good coupon, so can get 2 large for less than $20 with tax. Will get one regular crust with everything and one thin crust all veggie (my favorite). 

Fried Fish , Macaroni & cheese and salad and Birthday cake my Grandson turned 4 today I made his cake he wanted a big bird cake

 Tonight we had chicken vegetable soup, made by adding 2 diced potatoes, 2 chopped small onions & one sliced carrot to the leftover chicken meat, broth & green beans.  I picked apples offered on freecycle, so we also had a large apple crisp.

Today was broiled pork steak with au gratin potatoes and spaghetti squash.  ... last night was chicken picatta made from one of those kits ... not bad!

it was in the 70's and we figured this might be the last time this year ... it really getting cold . 

it nuts next week rain for what was hurricane Ida .
