In the upper right hand corner, under the "Subscribe to The Dollar Stretcher ezine" link and on top of the search field, there is a row of links. One of them is "join." When you click on that, you can choose a password and user name. You'll be asked to supply an email address. Please make sure it's a valid address. It will only be used when necessary, under the most extreme circumstances and will never be displayed in the community.
