    I just tried to go on line to ATT to get a new phone,  What a nightmare.  First you need to log in, then check out the phones, then read the notes that other people have posted about each phone.  One phone had 24 post.  It was divided almost equally between the best phone ever bought to / don't waste your money on this piece of junk.  Then you get all the way thru to find out it did not take your order and then there is the system failure and the screen is gone and so is your connection.  So no new phone today.  And we were told at the store if we did not purchase our phones online the  FREE price we were quoted on our upgrades is no good.  The phone is $129 at the store with no waiting time for the phone or service or go back on line and get the phone for free if you can get it to take your order.  Then there is the 5 day wait for the phone to be delivered and 24 more hours to set up the phone.  Dh phone is not available for an upgrade for 3 days so they won't even start his for 3 more days.  We have been with them for 15 years.  What a joke.  (VENT) (VENT)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
