I have one of these pans.  Do you think it would work for hamburger buns.

BTW, does anyone use silicone pans?

No fancy bread pans here :)  I try and keep it simple.  I have 4 pizza pans that I use for cookie sheets, baking pizzas, relish trays, etc.  They work great for baking my homemade hot dog and hamburger buns too.   I pick up a few unusual baking pans when the price is right at garage sales.  I got two flan pans, and some nice cake pans in unique sizes.  I'll probably let my DD use them as she's starting a cake decorating business this fall.  I really want some of those petite little muffin pans but someone didn't get the hint for Mother's Day.  Maybe come birthday time......

I found a suggestion to bake hamburger buns in your creme brule ramekins, if you have any lying around...

Hey, I've actually got some round doodads like that under the counter.  They're amber glass, Corningware, I think.  I'll have to try the hamburger buns!
