I have 2 tomato plants and 2 cucumber plants growing in green soda bottles.  I used miracle grow soil and water every day(a must)!  It has been like a plant explosion!  Should be harvesting soon.  I plan on doing this on a much grander scale next year!

Yes, I have one on my front patio.  It  has been super. rapid growth for tomatoes and an abundance of them. I chose roman tomatoes, next year I'm going to do both roman and larger tomatoes.  The most success I have ever had with tomatioes. I have nott had a problem with bugs as in the past. I happen to see them at Home Depot not as an infomercial and talked to a woman in their garden department who she had one at home at it was doing great.  So give it try and good luck..
