 This was similar to a story about a town that needed their potholes fixed and KFC offered to fix them in exchange for imprinting the logo on the street just like this article has done. I think it is visual blight.  Edey

 Where there's a will, there's a way, huh? Kind of creative, I think, although it would get tiresome in a hurry.
