You think you are ready to get started with drug store shopping? You might think that they are over priced and that, even with a good coupon, it's cheaper to just buy at Walmart or the dollar stores. Wrong! Once you get a good stash of coupons going (and have them organized!) then you will be well-equipped to work what I call "drug store deals". But, I'll warn you, you have to learn their systems. At first it seems very overwhelming and complicated but once you learn the ins and outs of each store, you'll get the hang of it.
Try these links below to learn about CVS and Walgreens. They are excellent places to start for "newbies" who want to learn the systems:

CVS for Newbies by I Heart CVS
Walgreens 101 by Money Saving Mom
Walgreens for Newbies by I Heart Walgreens
PS. Many shop at Rite Aid too. Their program is very similar to that of Walgreens. So, why don't I post about Rite Aid? Well, honestly, I just don't shop there. It's nothing against Rite Aid. It's just that I have my hands totally full with the shopping that I do at CVS and Walgreens that I just don't have the need or desire to add a third drug store to my list. But, if you are interested in checking out Rite Aid, simply do a search on the net and you'll be sure to find some great tips!
