This is my student loan debt payoff thermometer:

I currently owe $4376.57 to Mohela, the lender that gives evil corporate banks a bad name.
With a monthly payment of $600, I am on track to have this loan paid off in July.
Hopefully I'll have little extra to send around tax time, so I can speed up this process somewhat. Because instead of being proud of how quickly I've taken care of this debt, I'm more antsy to just get it done, already!
I look forward to the day I can show off my completed debt thermometer and finally erase the board we've used over the past five years to track the payoff of first our home equity loan and then my student loan. Then, I can do what I've been wanting to do for a very long time:
Make a retirement savings thermometer!
(My dorkiness knows no bounds, right?)
