I have an old hose we cut up in six inch sections. The piece goes into a copper tube, then into our campfire at the lake. This produces beautiful rainbow colors of blue, purple, green, deep red, orange and yellow. A fellow camper told us about it many years ago, and gave us the copper tube. Once the fire is out and the ashes are cool, we fish it out to use next time.
